Yes you can get B.tech but not neccessarily a very good college.
Participate in counselling , you are eligible for it

yes sure you will be allowed to attend counseling in aieee after scoring 150 marks and there chances that you may get a college.

Yes, you can expect your selection but you may not be able to opt for higher branches like CS , EE etc.

Yes, you will be allowed to attend counselling and you may get new NIT.

yes for sure if you are able to score 150 marks in aieee with general category then you will definitely be allowed to fill the form for the counselling of aieee held by ccb.

because generally the cutoff for the permission of filling form online for general category candidate is near about 50 marks.
