if you have communication skills, it would be enuff to sail through them very easily.
If you also get the companies which offer positions like business analyst, financial analyst etc... then you need to show ur participation in the co- and extra- curricular activities. you have to prove your leadership and management skills in the events you organise in the college and should have gud analytical thinking. All the best |

campus placement is very important for any student so u must be well prepared for it before facing it. here are some tips that u should keep in your in mind 1. u must have deep knowledge in your core subjects 2. u should be fluent in english 3. body language should be perfect 4.confidence should be there interview tips: 1.Be prepared Preparation increases confidence. Practice with your friends or relatives. Remember that everyone who is interviewing is not necessarily a good interviewer. You may prepare by reviewing magazine and newspaper articles. You may check out their web site. Read your resume before your interview. It will keep your answers fresh. 2. Location and punctuality Find out the location of organization. Make sure you have a map or directions as well as information of the nearest railway station. Arrive 5-10 minutes early. Arriving early will give you the opportunity to read some information on the company in the reception area. 3. Be professional Professional look always helps for good impression. Be careful about your dressing. Be aware of the company culture and ensure you dress to impress. Decide what you are going to wear the night before to avoid making the wrong choices. 4. Be polite Don't interrupt to the interviewer. Listen very carefully. Poor listening skills are responsible for the bad impression. If the interview is being conducted in a restaurant, mind your table manners. If the interviewers are serious and soft-spoken, then you should be same as interviewer. Avoid loud laughter during the interviewer. 5. Be positive Keep in mind that there is only one chance to make a first impression. Every company wants employees who are goal-oriented, career-driven, enthusiastic and motivated. Be the employee as they want. End the interview on a positive note. The hiring official needs to know that you are interested, enthusiastic and excited about the position and the company. 6. Be practical If you are experienced then the interviewer already knows your current salary and benefits package. When the topic of salary comes up state that you know they will make a fair offer. If you are offered the position during the interviewing process and you want the job then accept it. If the offer is not acceptable for any reason, ask for time to consider the offer. all the best. |

For a campus interview, you should be mentally prepared well first rather than being physically prepared like professional dress, resume, etc. Your talent/knowledge plays the vital role. Second is your personality. Presentation of your Resume is very very important. If your resume meets the concerned company's requirements, then you are half way into the company. Resume reduces the amount of questions to be asked to you. Words in your resume should not be copied from other resumes and it should be truly yours. Questions arises from your resume only. If you impress them with your answers then nothing to worry. For technical interview you should be aware of what all you learnt. Thats it. Be bold and face all the questions...All the best!!!!!!!!!

No....Giving Reference during interview will make the interviewer to develop a negative impression/feeling on you. They will think you cant join a company on your own talent and depending on others. So, you yourself dont give way for it. There are some companies which will recruit persons only on reference. So, you dont try to give reference in any of your upcoming interviews. All the best!!!!!!!!!

Dear friend,
It does not require too much effort to prepare for campus placements. You need to know about the current affairs, especially the one related to your subjects. Secondly, you need to know about the company(its market share, management, loacation, products or services etc.) you are sitting for. The most common topic for discussion in campus interviews is your internship/training project. Hence, you should go through your project report so, that you can answer questions relating to your project. You are also supposed to know about your subjects well. The interviewer might ask you questions related to your core subjects. So, you need to have your concepts clear. If you follow these few tips you can easily get through your interviews well. All the best! |

Dear Friend
First of all go through the subjects which you are going to tell the interviewer ,i mean they will ask you about your best prepared subjects. Select any 3 subjects and take the full concept of the subject. And then the thing you need to do is build up your confidence. When interviewer will ask you the question just answer it with full confidence, remember one thing that confidence is the pillars of success. That's all for the selection in the campus. All the best. |

hi friend,
Look at following points: 1. Search about company portfolio at its homepage, this would be great enough to know that for which company you are applying for. 2. Solve previous year question papers of that company for that particular post. 3. Attend company's PPT: Pre Placement Talks because sometime evenif you clear the written test conducted by company , they can still ask you about the any question regarding PPT in the interview section. Sometimes student do not take PPT seriously as not only clears the company fundamental policies but also its career perspectives. 4. Follow all the decorem of interview properly at the time of campus placements. 5. Never be overconfident. |
