i am sorry to say but there is no college which offers admission through boards but you can try in colleges, off course private through aieee rank

though today studying engg. is full shot buisness,but some colleges do care for merit,they are:
1.bits pilani
2.niser
3.iit & iist
4.sathyabhama

some of the colleges are from west bengal which you can join at aieee counselling for wbjee.
they are:

m preeti i hd completed my diploma in computer engg with 66.07% nd i wanna persue admission to 2nd yr of engg ,sir pls suggest me some gd pune university colleges on the basis of my percentage....plssssss

i have passed 2 with 83.6% and in pcm scored 78.6%. Can i get any engg. college having excellent placement though 2 marks basis.

In aieee u may get into any NIT, if you have any reservation, but never in the op streams like ece,cse,me,ce but other streams
well your board exam results seem great....
You may try to do honors...

After +2 you have options like this.

EAMCET - As u said u wanna know other than engineering u can go for MBBS / B.pharmacy further PG / M.Pharmacy.

Other than that u can opt for BSC (3 years) : MICROBIOLOGY, ZOOLOGY, CHEMISTRY, GENETICS, BOTONAY , ZOOLOGY, PHYSICS, BIOCHEMISTRy , BIOTECHNOLOGY, COMPUTER SCIENCE , STATASTICS, MATHS ( any of the combinations), BBM, BCA.

Then u can go for P.G ( Maters) for 2 years - like Msc, MBA / MCA/ M.Pharmacy etc.

After specilalisation in Masters u can opt for the particluar jobs in the respective fields.
