I am sorry to say that you are not eligible to apply for Bank Clerical positions soon after completion of your 12th class.
The reason being, one should have completed Graduation as the minimum academic qualification in order to be eligible to apply for Clerical positions. Candidates who have appeared for final year exams of Graduation and waiting for the results can also apply for this Exam. The required age criteria will be as follows 20-28 years for General category. Relaxation in upper age limit upto 3 years for the candidates of OBC category. Relaxation in upper age limit upto 5 years for the candidates of SC or ST category. In addition to that the candidate should be a citizen of India. The candidate should have minimum computer knowledge and proficiency in local language. The selection procedure would involve Written Exam Interview Better to apply for IBPS Clerk Exam which is the common written exam for the candidates to be placed in any of the public sector bank in India except for SBI and SBI Associate Banks. So, try to opt for Graduation first in the stream in which you are interested and in addition to that carry out your preparation for IBPS Exam along with your academics. For updated information on this exam, you can visit the official website of IBPS. Here it is, http://ibps.in/ |
