Maharashtra Public Service Commission (MPSC) conducts Recruitment Exams for Assistant Commissioner in Food .

Eligibility for Food Inspector exam are as follows: -

1. Pass graduation in any subject / stream from a recognized institute / university.

2. Age - 21 Years to 30 Years for General candidates, 21 Years to 33 Years
for OBC candidates and 21 Years to 35 Years for SC / ST candidates.

3. Nationality - Indian

NOTE: - Final year appearing candidates can also apply for Food Inspector exam.

MPSC(Maharashtra Public Service commission) conducts the Maharashtra State Civil Service Examination in the state.

Eligibility Criteria of MPSC Class I and Class II Officers Exams

Age Requirements:-
(a) OBC: 35 years
(b) SC/ST/NT: 38 years
(c) Open Category: 33 years

Educational Qualifications: A candidate must be a graduate


Eligibility Criteria of MPSC PSI/STI/Assistant Exams

Age Requirements:

(a) OBC: 35 years
(b) SC/ST/NT: 38 years
(c) Open Category: 33yrs / for PSI exams it is 28 yrs

Educational Qualifications: You must be a graduate for this exam.

What is the difference between food inspector and food safety officer ?

Sir can I apply for Food inspector post? I Completed my B.VOC(FOOD processing AND POST HARVEST TECHNOLOGY).

Why msc food tech is not apply for food inspector , this is food course so msc food tech is necessary, if msc chemistry can apply, msc microbiology can apply then why not msc food tech?
