Require age limit to appear for 10th class exams of TN Board examination?

My son is 9th class in Dav school and his date of birth is 16-08-2003. He was eligible for 10th exa my in 2017 and 2018 academic year

There is no such age limit, if you wanna appear from a regular school board ,then you need 9 years of continuous regular education,otherwise you can appear from a open board any time.

I think you have made mistake in mentioning the year and by mistake stated 1921 instead of 2021.

There is no minimum age limit to appear for 10th board examination by CBSE.

It is responsibility of Directorate of State Education Board to declare minimum age limit for appearing in 10th board examination for student of respective school.

So, visit official website of Directorate of State Education Board to get detail information.

Hi, My son's date of birth is 01-Nov-2013.He will go to LKG from 01-Jun-2018 I.e when he becomes to 4yrs 8 months.
My question is Will he be eligible to write CBSE Board 10th exams on 2030 ?
If not can I skip LKG and put him into UKG?

please advice. We are really confused.

At the time of appearing for 10th exam, the student should have completed 15 years.
But many claim that there is no such restriction fr0m the Board

Hello,

As per the guidlines of central board of secondary education (CBSE) the minimum age to appear in the 10th board exam is 14 years , as of 31st december of the year of examination .

However , there is no upper limit of age to appear in the exam.

But there is maximum number of attempts to appear in the examination. A candidate can at most attempt 3 times for CBSE board exam.
