Sub: Enterence Test Application for Ms. Mamta Sharma online registration no. 931116 dated 04-02-2011

Respect Sir,

This is to inform you that recently I came to know from one of my friend about the reputation and disciplined institution of Armed Forces Medical College (AFMC-Pune). I was fully convinced and my daughter shown a great interest and we immediately applied on with following details:

1. Applied online on 04-03-2011 with Registration no. 931116 as per copy enclosed (whereas the last date was 07.03.2011).
2. We made demand draft on 04.03.2011 through Canara Bank, New Delhi.
3. The application was mailed through Speed Post on 05-03-2011.

Sir, after sending the application me and my daughter were relaxed that my daughter got busy with the books for clearing the enterance exam with good rank. However, we were shocked to know that our application has not been entertained because as on date we have not received any communication from the Institution AFMC. We assume that either our application has been misplaced or delivered to a wrong department, since the exam date is 1st May 2011, as some of the candidates have already received their admission card for the enterance test, so we, therefore, request you to kindly help us to get JUSTICE for my daughter and oblige.
Sir, needless to mentioned that although I am a Heart and Sugar Patient and it was very very difficult for me to do this entire excercise, as you know that Girls Students are not safe in Delhi so we are scared of sending them out frequently for day to day work.

If a candidate has filled his/ her AFMC-2011 application online or

have submitted application by post and have opted for "Download Admit Card from Internet" then he/she can download admit card for AFMC from

http://afmcdg1d.gov.in/index1.asp

All the admit cards has been dispatched if any candidate didn't received his/her admit card then please contact ADMISSION CELL/COL ADM AFMC PUNE(02026334209 OR 02026026030).

2. then click APPLICATION STATUS in the home page

3.Enter your barcode no. and get the status of the form.

Last date of submitting application form is 29th January 2011 so till the date is reach ones status are not uploaded in websites so need to wait at least till 1 February and then after you can check your status on http://afmc.nic.in/ after entering required form number.
