iam searching job in IT sector,but i don't know wt they need..

I think it would be better if you introduce EMT(Electronic Money Transfer) system for scholarship transfer,it would be faster and also very authentic...

Its just really good and very much helpful...........

some questions are not been answered up to 6 months and also more.
*if we answer for that questions now you are giving more score but the answer will not utilized by the questionaire.

i am giving small advise for you to update some generalknowledge questions for practise which will be usefull for all of us. I ALSO MENTION WE NEED NOT REQUIRE POINTS FOR THAT IF WE ANSWER.

* you have kept one chat box i dont get the need of chat box because as we are answering for questions in thread system.

The Reason for me to get back on This Suggestion thread is that while browsing for content, I accidentally stumbled across this Page

I thought I was quite familiar to this Site's Basic Design, (You can See that all by yourself) but the tag Super Moderator drove a suspicion into me. Hence when I Checked out the Forum again, I was Convinced that it wasn't Our Very Own E & C Forum!

Now coming back to the Point, what i noticed was the "Likes recieved" and "Likes Given" tag in the Mini Statistics Bar.

You See Sir, it would Be Really Great If you Incarporate it in this Forum too.

I mean, It would Actually Boost up a Certain Student's confidence of Giving Good Answers.

As of Now, A Member's Profile can Only Judged by the No of Posts and The Tag under his Username, Which I feel (Except for the Latter thing- TAFPER) isn't Sufficient to rate a Person's Quality of Anwsers.

I am working on a moderate speed internet connection due to which ,,,since i always try to give the best hence it takes a lot of time to give one answer.....and due to lack of a feature like restore previous content hence it gets deleted......

so it wastes time and itz hard in case we dont save the answers we have written...please look into the problem...because i just wasted half an hour to write a helpful answer......

but guess what.....

ya even i also think so....because by doind this we are reducing human effort...which is more or less reducing human effort.....

There are quite a bit of suggestions which i would like to suggest
~firstly the beginner's are the most struggling members who don't enjoy a comfortable journey of this site . as you can see they get 5 marks for each post so to get 100 points they have to give 20 posts on the other hand the guy who enjoys having 30 points for each answer just needs to post 3 answers...isn't it not fair

~secondly , no doubt that the guy who is getting 30 points has also come through same struggling stage.but on giving the good answers few extra points can boost the confidence of a beginner . in this way he will be trying for the best answer all the time.

Eligibility Criteria for IBPS Clerks :-

You must have a holding the + 2 exam with any discipline of a recognized Institute or equivalent qualification and you must score at least 60% aggregate marks ( No marks is required for reserved categories ) . Those who have passed their graduate degree may also eligible to apply . Age should have attained the minimum 18 years and maximum 28 years of age and Upper age limits is applicable .

The issue which I faced during the last week last day was that for each post I was just given 4 points rather than 5 points which I get generally and another thing being the work I did for last 2 days was totally deleted. I lost more than 200 points in the last 2 days even though I did abide the guidelines. The members require the answer rather than just reducing their reducing their scores.
I had the toughest of those 2 days. I needed to spend more than 18 hours for each day during the last 2 days.. so this that is never make the member spend more time it should be how it is showed to others that is less time more benefits…
For a moment I thought the website doesn’t want to let me go into the top 30..!!

one suggestion

As there are many EALP programme for members.

There should be one EALP programme in which only those members can participate who actually perform well in any one of the EALP site

(this is little similar to tafp only thing is that there all the members would be treated as tafp).

That EALP should also have more Cash prize than other sites.

This will give motivation to the members to perform well.

This will also give members who actually perform well to look forward for further good opportunities in these sites .

and

One more little suggestion

list of cash prize winner should be increased to 35 /40 winners form 30 winners as competition is highest here because of the TAFP .

The whole experience is amazing and enthralling.
