Hi

You cant appear with backlog. You need to clear that backlog before you appear for CAT.
Also you should have atleast an aggregate of 50% in your graduation
Since you have a backlog, try to gain 1-2 year of work ex.

If you score above 99 percentile than only you get calls from TOP IIM colleges

You need to perform exceptionally well in GD and PI and than only you would be able to get admission in IIM


Eligibilty to apply for the CAT exams is:
Graduation pass in any stream with minimum 50% marks for General and OBC candidates and minimum 45% marks for the SC/ST candidates.
Final year Graduation students can also apply

I have completed my B. Tech in chemical engineering in 2013, not getting a proper job and therefore want give the CAT examination in 2014. Do I have any chance of getting admission in IIM without any job experience and a gap of 1 year after graduation?

What happens if a person who is supposed to complete the graduation gets a kt in one subject in the final exams?Is he eligible for applying for mba entrance exams?He can clear the exam in december before the admissions begin actually.

In my CAT application I have made a mistake in graduation marks. I am in 7th semester and pursuing my graduation. Instead of 83.20%, I made it 83.30% till 6th semester. Will it be a problem in CAT examination or selection process?

Inn IIMs selection process, till wich sem marks they consider as graduation score for a gaduation pursuing candidate?

Nd is it right that HRs dont read even resumes of those students who have any single backlog.whether they have cleared or not

I am a completed my b.tech 2nd year and about to enter third year.Due to a nerve injury I was not able to perform well especially in second year.And would be having cgpa around 7 .Should I appear for grade improvement exams for two subjects which would probably pull my cg to 7.5.Will it really affect my chances of getting into iim.Please reply soon.
