Please do explain me that what are the abilities needed for the B.tech ece student to attend the campus placement?

During the college last year many companies visit colleges for the campus placement. And that time was the good time to get a good start by getting any job in campus placement.
For the Campus Placement:
- Person should have knowledge about his field
- Try to collect the knowledge about company in which you are appearing for the interview
- Your communication skills must be good.
- You will be appear in written exam so be prepare for that.
- Try to explore yourself and told the person about your skills and key ingredients.
