IIT stands for Indian Institute of Technology.
For entering into IITs you have to clear IIT jee which is conducted every year in the month of April.
Minimum qualification to write IIT jee is 60% marks in 10+2. You can write this maximum twice.

If u prepare for iitjee then it becomes easy to qualify for AIEEE EXAM which is conducted at all india level.
