Can I join M.E Civil after completing BSc? I am a first year student of BSc Physics

It is quite impossible. You can try for M.Tech degree only after pursuing M.Sc. So it is better to obtain PG after B.Sc. M.Sc holders can join M.Tech by qualifying GATE. Details on this can be collected from GATE exam brochure.
