can we appear at afmc exam after 12th?...please tell me if if its possible for me

yes , that the right time to appear . Candidates must have passed the XII standard/pre-professional/premedical or equivalent examination of statutory Indian University/Board or any other recognized Board/University as a regular student in all the subjects opted for in first attempt with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology securing not less than 60% marks in aggregate in the three science subjects taken together, not less than 50% marks in each of the science subjects and not less than 50% marks in English. The candidates must have also passed an examination in Mathematics at least of the matriculation standard.
Age-Must be 17 years of age but must not have attained the age of 22 years.

After passin 12th you can apply for AFMC exam.

To apply for this exam you should have minimum 60% marks in 12th.

You should also have Physics,Chemistry and Biology in 12th.

Age limit for this exam is 17-22 year.

For AFMC exam you can apply online or Off line.

Written Examination Date : 06th May, 2012

Results of Written Exam : End May 2012.

you can get Prospectus and application forms by post from Officer-in-Charge (Admission Cell), Armed Forces Medical College, Sholapur Road, Pune- 411 040 on payment of Rs. 250/- per copy.

you can also get application forms in Rs. 250/- in cash at the General/Head/Central/Main Post Offices.

This exam is held every year

• MEDICAL CANDIDATES CAN APPLY
• XII Or equivalent students of medical side can apply
• students passing XII from a recognised school can apply
• droppers can also apply

AFMC i.e Armed Force of Medical College and Yes why not! You can appear for AFMC exam after 12th class. But you need to have few eligibility criteria with you like.

Marital status :- Unmarried

Educational qualification :- XII passed or equivalent from recognized board or university in English, Phsycs , biology and chemistry not less than 60% aggregate in all three taken together.

Age:- You should be 17 years of old and not more than 22 years.

If you are under all these criteria then you are definitely eligible for AFMC after 12th.
