If you are confident in the Graduation subject then definitely you can make that as your optional subject. because it not only increases your confidence levels but also it will boost up your preparation speed. It is a good choice to select your graduational subject. why you think that it is a vast subject if you have interest every subject will become a small subject. I have personally experienced this fact you know I will tell a case study for this I'm a Engineering student of Electronics branch in this branch we will have different different typical subjects in one of my semester I have to answer the most toughest subject of our engineering group All my friends were very afraid of its size in terms of syllabus and also dictionary theasures size which is the biggest size of books. And my friend circle is of 7 members of average brain candidates in this gang me and one more have good interest in the subject which is called toughest by the other 5 friends You will not believe out of 60 students only me and 2 more have cleared that subject. So here what you have to observe is its not the matter of length of the subject it only matters how interested you are in that subject its all enough. Don't keep any tensions in your mind if you feel confident about that subject then you can go with that. All the best Regards ~AdityA~ |

As you are a medical student so you may take medical science as an optional for IAs.
But it is too much vast chapter, which will be very hardly to compleate within due time because after priliminari you will get 2 months for optionl . In my opinion history is best ,though you have to write something long note but in history you will get most of the common note among very sort suggession.and if you give answer properly you may score good marks. Best of luck! |

this is depends upon your knowledge in medical science.
there is a test of your confidence. you have to make a good knowledge for this. so, if you choose this subject, then it will be perfect for you. after it , if you are intersted in your optional subject then it will be helpful in your preparation. so, don't worry about this and get a best knowledge about this. thanks.. |
