Re: How can I become an IAS officer after completing 2nd PUC with 40%
Since you have joined for B.Sc, first complete this course and then opt for IAS post. Graduation is the main qualification for this post. Candidates need to score only pass marks in graduation level. The age limit for this post is 21-30 years. UPSC Civil services exam score is needed. On clearing both the levels of this exam, personal interview should also be attended.

After completing 2nd PUC, one is not eligible to become an IAS officer as the minimum academic qualification for this is Graduation.
The eligible candidate must be an Indian National having either appear for the fnal Graduation Degree exam or pass in any stream from a recognised University within the age of 21 to 30 years with upper age relaxation for reserved candidate. The selection is through three phases:- -CSAT - Civil Service Aptitude Test - Preliminary Exam comprises of objective type question. -Civil Service main Exam comprises of subjective type questions. -Personal Interview For more information you may log on to http://www.upsc.gov.in |
