^ Check your registered e-mail id and registered mobile number, if you forgot your user id and password.
^ When you register yourself an email and sms generate through the official website.
^ You can check them in your message inbox or registered e-mail id inbox.

So, you can open your email id.

If you lost your registration number and password of SSC than you can check your mail. When you fill SSC form the team of SSC generate a message regards successfully registration of your exam application. So there you can easily get your Registration Number and password in your mail id. But in case you also lost your mail id data, than you can get your registration number from the fee pay slip which you paid in Bank.
After getting registration number go to the official site of SSC and search for a link written forgot password. Click on there and they will ask you for registration number, Date of birth, Captcha written below and after fill these details you will be get your password of that registration number. And you can easily access your account made on SSC website. That's all.
