How to do MS abroad after doing B.Tech in Mechanical engineering from India

I am a 3rd year mechanical engineering student ,i want to pursuing my masters in mechanical enginnering field(production).which country is good for me and what is the exam for admission and criteria and also tell me about the preparation.
