In order to install the security certificate, all you need to download the certificate from the link "click here to install the certificate" from www.upsconline.nic.in.
Once you click the link, you will have to choose the destination folder and click "save".
After the folder is downloaded, you will need to click on the folder downloaded. There will be two certificates available, clicking on each will show a the install option.
