As per my knowledge it will be required.........
But still refer to the brouchure it requirement of documents are specified in it.
You can also try on some helpline nos for it

Domicile of Maharashtra is required if you are appearing for any state level entrance exams.
For those institutes that conduct a nation wide entrance exam, do not ask for a domicile certificate.

wat if u done ur mbbs from maharashtra and post graduation from a different state? would i be eligible?

i've done my undergraduation in Maharashtra and postgraduation from karnataka...am i still eligible for MCh in Maharashtra
