how can i obtain maharashtra domicile certificate from thane tahsildar office???i am born and living in maharashtra from my birth,ihave my father's maharashtra domicile certificate with me,but i don't know the procedure,please help???

I have Birth certificate & Ration card from Badlapur(Thane District).But all rest of doccuments i.e Voting card,Adhar card,Pan card & Driving License are from Plwer Parel adderss as I am staying there since last 25 years & My mother is staying at Badlapur.Hence can get domicile certificate from Thane.
