I have been residing in Maharashtra for over 40 yrs. My husband is working abroad and is not a resident of Maharashtra. My daughter was born and brought up in Maharashtra. She is now in XII. Will she need a domicile certificate to get into professional college after XII? Since her father is not a resident of Maharashtra, will her mother's domicile be accepted?

If any student learned any school from 1st std to X th std ,so is there required Domicile certificate?

My father is born in Chennai but since birth living in Maharashtra from 55 years then can I get get domicile of Maharashtra?

Can I get a domicile certificate of Maharastra.?I am working in Maharastra since then and have my own house.
Also can I get the reservation in medical seats?

I born in maharashtra in 1996 but in that time my parents not take my birth certificate now i required for admition in ingeniaring but l have not my proof when i go in BMC office they give me certificate of without My name they say according to new rule i cant give you name after15 years i have not my rashan card or 10 years any record or in my 12 years study life nobody ask me about my birth certificate in school or collage also and im maharrashtra where i born any university or collages not give me admition its mean now my dream of civil ingeniaring is lost my education is over in very difficult sitution i study from 1 to12std govrmnent officers say im sorry i cant do anything for u now what i do????why they cant give me name

My family is residing in Odisha for last 25years. We had a land but due to some reason we have to sell it. Now I want a domicile certificate from odisha.How can I get it.

I think you can det the domicile certificate of your state. You have to go to the government authority and you have to show them where you were living earlier and now you are living in Maharashtra since 40 years ago.You have to show both the proofs that where you were living and today under which company or institute you are working. If they find it true and reliable than they will give you domicile certificate.You should contact to the Nagar Palika/Nagar Nigam of your city

My son has passed his 10th from CBSE school in Mumbai and has completed 12th std from HSC board of maharashtra.
is he eligible for domicile status and how do i get the domicile certificate.

Yes, she will need a domecile certificate for her further admission
It is not necessary for her father to have a domecile
The eligibility for domecile
Candidate must be a resident of the state for 10 years
Candidate must have paseed 10 and 12 standard from the state
