there are many websites on the web and many other source to get the gate and ies question papers ,but it would be best if you purchase the gk publishers previous years question papers series of gate and ies because its completely solved and the answers are very easily understandable,

Your question is valid but you should have specified your area of interest. i.e which question papers you want because GATE is having minimum of 20 optional subject.

its according to your qualification and area of field you can choose one among them.
