Re: Required Qualification to give IAS Exam? Study Materials to prepare for this Exam being a candidate from BE in Mechanical Engineering?
Hello..
For preparing of IAS, first of all it is necessary to clear the prelims exam..and there after for main examination, you can chose your optional subject as mechanical engineering in which the syllabus is almost the entire core subjects, but the main emphasis is laid on the subjects like thermal, heat and mass transfer, production engineering, strength of materials. It is advisable from the toppers that you should stay in touch with your optional subjects even in the preparation of your prelims examination because in main examination, the paper is highly fundamental Gud luck |
