NATIONAL DEFENSE ACADEMY [NDA] Through this UPSC [UNION PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION] examination , one can apply for all combat branches of the Indian army i.e. AIR FORCE, NAVY & MILITARY .... For appear in this examination, you must have at least a 12th degree from a recognized board. If you want to apply for the AIR & NAVAL branch, you must have subjects PHYSICS & MATHS with at least 60%. The age limit for this examination is 16.5-19 years,. there is not the an age limit relaxation criteria for any reserved category . also you must have Indian nationality with marital status UNMARRIED . |

Dear Friend
According to your height the ideal weight for NDA is as under Upto 16 years : 52 Kgs. 16 to 18 years : 53 Kgs. 18 years and above : 55 Kgs. A ± 10% (A ± 6 Kg for Navy) can be considered within normal limit. (Refer NDA advertisement or UPSC website for more details.) |

If you are interested in NDA Then please go through these criteria details below : 1.Academic qualification : The candidate should complete 12th standard examination 2.Age limitation : The age of the candidate must be within 16.5 to 19 years. 3.Nationality : The candidate must be an Indian 4.Eyesight criteria : Eyesight of the candidate must be 6/6. 5.Height criteria : The height of the candidate should be minimum 165 cm. Hai,
NDA(National Defence Academy) Exam is conducted by the UPSC twice in a year. NDA has three wings: **Indian army, **Indian navy, **Indian airforce. Physical criteria: Height is minimum height-157cms for men. Weight should be as follows: 16 to 18years-53 kgs, 18years above-55 kgs. Eye Sight 6/24, 6/24 correctable to 6/6 in each eye with glasses for tech branch & Submarine Cadre and 6/60, 6/60 correctable to 6/6, 6/12 with glasses for the Naval Architecture Cadre.
