there are books available by Upkar Publications, COSMOS publications and Tata Mc Grawhill. Use standard books related to various units of syllabus. Also u can get lots of material online.

Truemans UGC Net/Slet for Lectureship Exam Paper I (Compulsory)
by Sajit Kumar & M. Gagan is a book that you must have....apart from that tata mcgraw hill has some excellent material on the block .

For the paper-1,your general knowledge matters you a lot.so its better to study all the previous year question papers and prepare from all the G.K & current affairs books.
For paper 2 & 3,read all the masters books thoroughly of your subject and if possible try to do all the previous year papers.

1. A candidate must have completed their Post Graduate Degree with at least 55% from Recognized Universities. there are Relaxation Available for SC/ST category.
   
2. No Age Limit for Applying NET.
   
3. A candidate must have Nationality of INDIA.
