My daughter's date of birth is 23 November 2011. She is studying in 1st class. I want admission in 2nd class in CBSE granted school in the year academic 2018-2019. Can she get admission in the 2nd class according to CBSE norms or again repeat the 1st class.

The age criteria required to get admission in 2nd standard in CBSE Board school is 6 years 6 months. Candidates who have passed 1st standard from a recognised board are eligible to apply for admission to 2nd standard. Since, your daughter is born in the year 2011, she is eligible to get admission in 2nd standard in CBSE Board school.
