NDA stands for the National Defence Academy and conducted by the UPSC twice every year. The examination provides a better platform for the candidate who want to join the Defence Services as an officer's to surve the nation as well as to get the job of a respect and honour.

The eligibility to appear in the examination is :-
* Candidate must have passed 10+2 from any recognised board.
* Candidate must have 16.5-19 years.
* Only male candidate are eligible.

The examination is conducted in two stages as the Written and the SSB. Both the written and SSB is necessary to qualify in both the stages for the final recruitment.

Yes, the NCC certificate and training is beneficial to you in the SSB and there will be some points in favour of you being a NCC cadet.
