Eligibility requirements for recruitment may vary with company. It also depends on the job profile and type of work assigned. As you have scored 63% marks in B.Tech, you can apply for job positions in TCS, BSNL, ONGC, etc. You can appear IES exam and by qualifying the same, you can join any central government jobs. Another option is to try for management trainee positions in firms like ECIL,CIL as well.

Your query is really vague since you have not mentioned which company you want to join in for. As you may know that there are many many companies in the market and all of them have their own respective recruitment procedures.

Some of the mass recruiting companies visit the campuses of the Engineering colleges both private and government for their recruitment's. However some companies also visit the MBA companies who wish to recruit the executive staffs for their companies for various posts.

Now coming to your query, I would say that the Minimum Eligibility Criteria to apply for job in ANY company would be :-

1. You should be a minimum graduate from a recognized government or private university or college in the respective discipline for the company in which you are applying.

2. Govt jobs have their respective age limits but for private jobs there are not age limits nor attempt limits.

3. You should be a clear pass in all the subjects of your graduation, 12th and 10th grades.

4. You must have scored atleast 60% aggregate in your graduation and have all the mark sheets and related documents.

These are some of the common Eligibility Criteria's that you can consider. Rest I would suggest you contact the concerned company in which you are applying and their recruitment notification would have the detailed eligibility criteria's mentioned in it. Please refer there.

First of all I would like to say that your query is incomplete due to following reasons:

>>You have not mentioned your stream of your bachelor of technology .

>>The name of the companies for which you want the % eligibility criteria.

However I am giving some ideas about the recruitment process:

At present scenario,lots of multinational companies like HCL,TCS,Mahindra and Mahindra etc demand for 60% throughout the bachelor of technology with no pending backlogs.

Some other companies may also ask for 65% or 70% .The various Public sector undertaking demand for at least 65% in bachelor of technology.

The second most important thing is that you should have good % of marks in 10th and 10+2 as it will enhance your impression during interview.

The recruitment process consists of the following stages:

1.Technical round

2.H R round

3.Group Discussion

4.Personal interview

You should not have more than one year gap for some companies and should not have more than 2 year gap for some companies after your graduation

hi friend the basic percentage required for many of companies is 60% in graduation ,better without backlogs.even some of the companies were excusing 2 backlogs like TCS. They mainly observe increasing growth in your marks from 10th to graduation.you can even apply for bank P.O"s ,railways,ssc exams etc...i will suggest you some of the companies

It Depends upon the Company. It is the company that sets the eligibility criteria.

Some Companies have 60% (Aggregate in B-tech ) as there criteria
Some have 65%
Some Companies also have the criteria of Triple 60% or Triple 65%
Means you need to have above 60% or 65% in 10th and 12th as well.

But most of the companies have the companies have the criteria of only 60%.

Your question is somewhat complicated. There is no such criteria for all companies. It depends on company to company. For some exam like IES,RRB ,IFS , you need to have only degree in your with any percentage.
But for most of companies eligibity is :-
1. 60% in B.Tech
2. 60% in matric.

But it is not hard and fast rule.

i have 64% in 10 th and 52.5% in 12th and 59% in UG.i can apply any MNC company job's.

hey...I did my graduation with 56% aggregate in mechanical enginnering and want to start preparing for I.e.s exam..I am a general category student..just having some goosebumps about the % of marks I am carrying...will it effect me in future if I crack I.e.s exam?or if I need job in any government companies?however my last semester results is not out yet...is it necessary to get 1st class if I am applying in government sector or in I.e.s exam?
