Re: What will be the future of MBA course?
MBA stands for Master of Business Administration. It is a 2 year Post Graduate level Management related course being offered by many of the colleges all over India.
MBA course is an ever green course. The career opportunities for the candidates after completion of this course are ever green. MBA candidates will have job opportunites in each and every business sector. The reason for this is easy and every business is need of efficient and effective managers in order to manage various activities of the organization. MBA candidates will be imparted with various kind of Management skils during MBA course which will be very much beneficial for the organization. Let me have a small example for this. In an organization, if a sub ordinate is not performing in the better manner, obviously his superiors like Team Leader will not treat that employee in a better manner. If the superior is of MBA candidate, then he can have some personal talk with the subordinate to know the problems what he is facing and he can also provide the ways to overcome those problems and to give good performance. Here personal touch is being given by an MBA candidate. Not only this, MBA candidates are having good leadership skills. They can lead the team in a successful manner irrespective of the situation or conditions in which the team is. All these things will help the organization to increase the productivity level from the employees and to become leader in the market. If you are interested to join MBA course, you can opt for the same. The admission to this course will be given on the basis of performance in any of the Entrance Exams like -CAT -MAT -GMAT etc. Have good preparation for the Entrance Exam and try to get admission for this course in a reputed college. Wish you all the best. |

Re: What will be the future of MBA course?
if u are doing M.B.A. then you have a very bright future
actually it means that you already have a bachelor degree and now you are opting for M.B.A which means you are going to experience" real-world" work environment. you will learn economics, finance ,marketing, management, accounting but with all these skills you also learn skills of leadership, teamwork , communication in today's competitive world, it is so difficult to get a job.but if you have M.B.A. degree with you then it is very easy for you to approach a high post job directly and get good pay. all the best |

Dear friend
The future of doing MBA course is very bright if you stand on following criteria. 1. graduate 2. 2-3 years work experience 3. Doing MBA from top 30 college of India. If you don't have work experience u still can do MBA but you will grow slowly. Hope you find this information useful. Balram |
