Even Arts stream girls can take part in Officer's Training Academy?
I heard that even arts stream can take part in officers training academy especially girls?? So can someone prove if it is true?

One can join Officers Training Academy (OTA) through CDS exam, which is conducted by UPSC every year. Even girls are eligible for it and good thing is any stream graduates are eligible for OTA because it recruits non-technical graduates only for Indian Army.
Hence, you can surely apply for CDS exam, if you are a girl with arts graduation. Selection will be based on the performance in the written exam and SSB. Age should be between 19 to 25 years. |
