Is it possible to get job after doing internship in a company? Can you please let me know what needs to be done to ensure that we will get the job right after the internship? Is there anything extra which needs to be done? as like writing some exam or so?

Yes, it is possible to get a job after internship. This is often referred to as PPO or pre-placement offer. Every year, many students get such opportunity for excellent performance in their internship period.

You need to perform exceptionally well during the internship period to get a provision of joining the company as an employee. Along with good service during the internship period you need to develop a good and cordial relation with your manager and mentor or guide so that you can get their referral.

Usually there is no exam as such, however, you need to give certain exam after joining the company once they give you requisite training or after 2-3 months of service which are quite easy if you be dedicated towards your work.

In the internship you will learn the all details which you will follow in your job time. So internship is the best option to lean things before getting a job. But internship will not giving you guarantee to get a job. But what you learnt in internship time period that will help you for getting job.
