I am a B.Tech 3rd year student from Electronics and Communication. I want to
apply for training programme in TCS. So i want to know if there is any test for this?

There is no such test there for internship program if you want to take part in TCS.

All you have to do is
>prepare your resume well.
>Select a good area where you want to do internship.
> Convince them while they will call you for a short interview.
