At present time education system of India needs lots of changes. We can see the Commercialization of education, which is not good at all.

they are nothing but mud!!!

we need some changes in our education system to make it perfect.
right now in our system more concentration is on marks and will be judged with the score which we will get in our exams which are mostly of theory type.
if we focus more onpracticals rather than theory there is a lot of scope for easy understanding and it will be remembered throughout and can be applied any where. so more focus should be given to practicals rather than to theory.

Yes I think India's Education System needs change.

The Passing percentage will be of same as America i.e 50%.Now competition is Wide so Changes will be part of our education.

The govt should increase the Govt schools in villages.

Above statement is not absolute true because is no need to change education system.If there changes required change our thing every thing is fine.
India education system is not bad but has to improve in rural area.There are lack of school and teacher facilities.
We need to change our thing not the system.

I think India's education system must need a change . In India the Investment
on the name of education is a mass of amount but there is no any idea how to spend these money.

some I.I.T. and other university make sure education but some of the schools and university or only for earn money they are corrupted people if they change and improve education system

yes indian education system is ok but there are some points which has to be changed in indian system:
removing the reservation
improving the teaching staff
examination system has to be change
increase the national institute

I THINK INDIA'S EDUCATION SYSTEM SHOULD BE CHANGED.MOST IMPORTANT IS THAT CURRICULUM SHOULD BE SAME IN ALL PARTS OF THE COUNTRY.THE STRESS SHOULD BE GIVEN TO TEACH ENGLISH.IALL GOVERNMENT SCHOOLS SHOULD BE ENGLISH MEDIUM,HOWEVER THE NATIVE LANGUAGE SHOULD ALSO BE A COMPULSORY SUBJECT.IT IS NECESSARY BECAUSE STUDENTS WHO PASS OUT FROM THESE SCHOOLS FACE PROBLEMS IN HIGHER STUDIES. THEY HAVE TO JOIN SPOKEN ENGLISH CLASS.THE EXAM SHOULD BE OBJECTIVE TYPE SO THAT THE STUDENT DONT MUG UP THE ANSWER.THE STUDENTS WHO ARE WEEK IN ANY SUBJECT SHOULD BE GIVEN EXTRA CLASSES SO THAT HE DOES NOT NEED TO GO FOR TUTIONS.THE EDUCATION SHOULD BE SUCH THAT AN INDIVIDUAL CAN BECOME SELF EMPLOYED OF HIS CHOICE AND DONT JUST RUN TO BECOME ENGINEERS OR DOCTORS

Indian education system definitely needs a makeover!
We have been following the educational policies forced upon us the Britishers under their rule.We need an education system apt for indian students .
'Equal oppurtunities for all' should be the motto of this new system.
Our education system should be such that every1 would get a chance to complete higher studies of their choice at nominal fees.

Yes, our education system needs a few changes to make it more perfect and good for the Indian students.Reservation systems should be banned as it causes more distraction and inconvenience among the students. Number of teachers are also very less due to which classes are being suspended. Good educated teachers are also very few in number due to which a good student also fails to bring good marks.

In India education system is not so good as it can be. India has lots of talent but for utilizing it not so much resources are there.
Today government tries to declare India as a Literate country only in Papers .
It is not working in every field for finding new gems that make india lightfull.
Today only Engineering, Medical fields are promoted mostly. There are many other field in which it can improve his condition .

Yes its needs to be changed, because there is no any appreciation for researches, innovations. Here one want to be passed and get selected .

Theoritical knowledge is enough but no practical knowledge..........
Students are taught procedures but not observed practically what they ever did...........
Registration in colleges/universities make the weak indian section feel treated discouraged , disappointed ........ it's a luxury of richs.
Some schools keep eye on collecting money (even well reputed institutes) and doesn't have a qualified ,experienced teacher for a subject...........

India is developing country and going to be super power in near future. Its education system is good but needs changes to make it more perfect so that we can speed up towards the goal of super power.

Yes, India's education system is old and needs to be changed. New subjects and topics should be included, new ways to be included too taking todays dimension in picture. India needs changes in education system as it has goal of being superpower in near future.

There are certain drawback of our education system but there are few and proper replacement will create good education system . In today our education system is marks oriented instead of knowledge oriented . Students and Schools are running to high their result but students can not get the concept or technology behind it . Today papers are descriptive type so that students mug up the answer and paste into answer sheet without understanding the answer but if we use Objective type questions like in various entrance exam then students can not mug up but they try to understand the concept behind it. The other problem is our syllabus , in our syllabus the content are old now , the technology we learn are old compared to latest technology so periodically we change our syllabus and accomodate new technology concept . The next problem is in our country there are various state examination board instead there will be only one central board so that all the students get the same knowledge and can not create problem in higher studies.

India's Education System

Our Education System had lot of amenities but everything is not fullfilled there are some up's and down's the basic reason is corruption

but the overall education system is good if we destroy the corruption

Yes indian Education System needs lots of changes....

1. Government should try to increase the number of schools in rural areas.

2. More importantly the schools opened should be ensured that are fully operational with all its required staffs.

3. The education system should be more categorised which means that students should choose their point of interest at an early age rather than after passing +2

4. This will help the students to be focused on what they want and eventually produce better engineers , doctors , etc ...

5. The government should provide lucrative scholarships to good students which will further increase their interest.

6. Lastly , more importance should be given to educate the poor students which is the best way to eliminate poverty and illiteracy from india...

Yes, the education system of our country is not so poor. but yes, a little bit changes are required which can make this perfect.
First of all i would like to share one thing.
In the school, the minimum percent for being passed is between 35-40%. if a student having marks near about it then he is declared passed. but in outside from school, the requirement of percentage is there is not less than 60%. There is a lot of difference in 60% and 40%. mostly students are facing this problem. they are passed but can not fill any form.
I am not saying that the requrement of college should be less but ther should not be so much difference.
This was only a real example. Like this there are little bit problem otherwise the education system is more than average.

Yes it needs changes...
it need lots of re-planning as we don't give enough practical knowledge to students, they just get what is there in that thing but they don't get how to deal with that.
they know what to do but they don't know how to do....

India's education system is really good as compared with other countries, although some changes would make it the best.

A few amendments in the indian educational system will make it perfectly alright.First of all more importance is to be given to practicals rather than theory as in abroad.This improves the analytical skills of the students.The syllabus and the courses followed should be updated every year according to the upcoming trends.Quality of teaching should be monitored by the higher officials regularly.Next, CGPA should be followed for declaring all the results instead of percentage,this reduces the mental stress on the students.

no student is giving respect to teachers heartfully......

Yes , I think that there should be some changes in our education system.
our country is densely populated , so we have a large manpower but there is a deficiency of skills in them not in all but averagely . Actually, I think that there should be a body which can identify or seek quality or skills in kid from childhood that which type of quality does a kid have ?or what are the skills in which he/she is perfect? And according to that a particular kid should be educated, trained and make him/her perfect in it"s passion. This will create love, passion, enthusiasm towards leaning and also it will op[en the new door for the progress of the country and also for the individual.

yes there should be some changes in the education system. It should be quality and skill based not in quantity based.One should be given education according to the skill one has from the childhood and make him/her perfect in same field . This will enhance the confidence of the individual and will create love, passion towards it's work.This will also help in the progress of country and individual.

The Indian system definitely needs to change in some ways. Firstly I appreciate the decision of KAPIL SIBAL to introduce the CGPA system into the schooling which made the students very easy actually stresses free. You can see the proof with the no. of failures has actually decreased.
You can see that education has become the hottest business which has no loss. This has definitely stopped some of those. The common exams idea is also good but it requires some more changes so that it becomes a sensation.

No need to change because the current system is going well

Our current educational system is not so good because all of us are not able to go schools. By making many schemes like sarva siksha abhiyan also all of us are not able to get education, as there is improper implementation of these policies and the cost of education is also high which make a poor family child not able to learn and gain education. so, our current system needs to be change to better.

Yes, there is lots of changes required on Indian education system. Such as ---

1. Build more educational institutes , so that all students can get chance of study.

2. Various teachers are not eligible for taught students, but they keep studying, it is a bad system. If Govt. select the teachers much carefully, it will best.

3. Change the old thought on many subject and include many new subject.

4. Learn with fun. Not for first on the exam.

Basic purpose of education is to get knowledge,which helps in manifestation of the perfection present in man. Now a days our education system is revolving around getting marks and good ranks......
There are many lacunae in our education system which can only be corrected by taking necessary changes.
Every individual's life roots from their schooling.....Taking the right path or wrong it all depends on how&what they were being taught at the school...
Students should be given an opportunity to think independently and live their life...
Many students are committing suicides because they were being asked by their parents to do the thing against their will and interests...This is why India is losing it's young talent.....

education system needs changes at the starting level of a students life..
many schools are just raking in big money in name of education.. there are hardly any activities other than studies.. sports are also a major part of developed mind.. teachers torture students.. even there is big shortage of teachers.. because government is not able to produce quality education and not able to promise for better future.. that is why people are opting less and less for teaching.. where as it should have been reverse.. i hope things start getting better..

The main problem is that no scope is given to the talent in a Child. Moreover, he is put in an enormous pressure of the Board Exams, and many other things. Giving no holidays, keeping the classes even on a legal holiday, Sundays etc, is unbearably frustrating. Even after that, the portion's not completed, continuing conducting the that useless extra classes, where nothing extra or nothing out of the box is said. Never there is a use of such a kind of revision, and STUDIES. There can be a much better way to educate, what you think? Why are we not allowed to follow our ability when we are known to it? They say that, to understand what we are good at, studies till std 10 are necessary, but when we are completely sure about it, why aren't we?
A student good at sports bad at academics can be recognized and stopped being forced to study or do any thing that isn't useful to the student.

a lots of changes has to be made :
firstly all the colleges which runs the college only for money giving no quality of neither facilities nor teaching must be closed.
Secondly Government should pay for development for govt colleges in villages
thirdly proper training should be given to teachers for improving quality in teaching
Finally every school must teach english right from 1st standards

I don't think that the current education system is perfect.
It requires some changes.
Methods of teaching is boring here that's why some students are not able to grow their interest in some subjects
