Can I do M.Tech in automobile engineering after B.Tech in CSE?

No, B.Tech in CSE candidates can't apply for M.Tech in Automobile Engineering.

Those candidates who have completed bachelor degree in Automobile Engineering from a recognized university are eligible for masters degree in Automobile Engineering.

Your age should be above 18 years.
