Hello,
I am Pankaj Jha and Ihave completed
my 12th Commerce from NIOS Board.
I want to study B.A.LLB now.
So, I am eligible for doing B.A.LLB?
Please help me to know about this.

Yes you are eligible to study B.A.LLB now as you have completed your Class 12th from the NIOS Board.
The NIOS Board is a recognized Board and you will be allowed to study B.A.LLB as you have passed Class 12 from the NIOS Board which is recognized by the UGC.
So you will have to appear for the CLAT Examination to be get admission to the course of B.A.LLB.
Make sure that you do your preparation is up to the mark as to get admission into a good college you will need very good rank in the ClAT Examination.
So plan everything and move forward in a systematic way to reap the maximum benefits.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA for B.A.LLB:

> Applicant should have completed graduation in any stream from a recognized university.

> Applicant should have scored a minimum of 55% of marks in graduation.

> For Sc/St candidates it is fixed at 45%.

> Admission for LLB course is done on the basis on merit list of CLAT examination.

> CLAT stands for common Law Admission Test.

It is the entrance examination for Law course.

> Candidate should be citizen of India.

> Candidate should have qualified in 12th standard with 50% of marks any discipline from recognized university.

> Age of the candidate should not be more than 20 years and relaxation is applicable for SC/ST and OBC candidates.

LLB stands for Bachelor of Legislative Law .

It is an graduate level program in which students get admission after completing Higher Secondary examination irrespective of streams which can either be Science,Commerce or Arts.

So, you are eligible to study B.A LLB after completing 12th with commerce.

To get admission in B.A LLB ,the best colleges are provided through CLAT.
CLAT is an entrance examination through which students get admission in Law colleges across India.

Some private colleges also conducts their entrance examination for admission.

Yes, you are eligible for LLB course through CLAT exam.

CLAT is stands for Common Law Admission Test.

If you have completed 12th standard from any stream with above 50% marks from a recognized board then you are eligible to attend CLAT exam for admission in LLB course.

The candidate age should not be more than 20 Years for under graduate course.
