Please guide me, I am shifting to another city but as my son has filled the class 10th registration form from his school, can he apply for registration form of class 10th ICSE from another school this year? He has passed his class 9th already.

Yes, it is possible to register for 10th ICSE in other school due to migration. You have to submit following documents at the time of admission in another school :

9th marks sheet
Migration certificate
School Leaving Certificate

Yes, you can take admission in class 10th in ICSE Board from class 9th in same Board as it is possible legally.
For that you will need some kind of documents:

Write an application to the current Board that, you want to change from your current school to ICSE Board school in class 10th.
Take a Transfer Certificate (T.C) from your current school.
Collect your class 9th mark sheet from your current school.
Character certificate from the current school.
You will also need an affidavit and migration certificate to change your school from ICSE Board to another school of same Board etc.

Yes, it is very much possible to get yourself registered for 10th ICSE in other school due to migration.

You will just have to apply for admission in the prospective school with all of your previous schools documents such as, Transfer Certificate, Migration Certificate, Marksheet, Character Certificate, etc.

Yes, you can take admission in another school but, make sure that you must remain in same board. Firstly , you need to visit the school campus after that you need to talk to the principal of that school.
You have to follow the admission procedure of the school and you would required the following documents-
