Multani Mal Modi College, Patiala
The foundation stone for Multani Mal Modi College was laid in the year 1966 on the month of September, by Dr. Dharma Vira, who was the Governor of the state of Punjab at that time. It is a multi-faculty college affiliated to Punjabi University meant both for boys and girls and was founded by an Indian business Magnate belonging to Mal Modi family in honor of his father Multani Mal Modi.

Eligibility for Admission:
For getting admission to the Bachelor of Science bioinformatics and biotechnology, the student must have completed 10+2 examination in science subjects. For all other UG courses, the candidates must have completed their 10+2 examination in any stream. For master of science courses, the candidates must have completed their Bachelor’s degree in the respective field. For post graduate diploma courses, the candidates must be a graduate in any stream of education.

The placement cell in the institution has shown continuous success in placing their students in top rated organizations right from the inception of the cell in 2004.
