University of Kashmir offers master’s degree in different stream and department for students to peruse their higher degree. Physical & Material Sciences department provide good knowledge and opportunities after doing their master degree.

Qualification for appearing in this exam:

Candidates must be a citizen of India to get admission in the courses, candidates who have a residence certificate of J&K will get preference in admission process. Students are requiring having minimum 50% marks in their graduation.

Scoring and Negative Marking:

Paper is an objective paper and students will get same marks for solving each question. There is a provision of negative marking for each wrong answer. 1/3rd of marks allotted to the question will be deducted.

Mode of Exam:

Examination is a conventional paper and students have to answer their answers in an OMR sheet.

Format:

Paper is an objective paper and students have to finish it in a given time.

Paper Pattern:

Paper of Chemistry entrance test is very popular among students and students have to answer the paper in objective manner. Questions asked are of equal marks and they are to be solved on an OMR sheet. There is a provision of negative marking in the paper.

Marking:

Paper contains 60 questions in it and each question is of equal marks. The paper is a golden chance to score full marks in the paper as it is an objective paper. Each question is of multiple choices type and there is a provision of negative marking.

Schedule:

Paper is to be solved in the allotted time of 2 hours only.
