Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition came into existence in the year 1954 as an Education and Research Institution. Mr. S. Banerjee is the Chairperson of the institute. The institute is situated in Dadar, Mumbai. The institute offers various professional programmes course which includes Post Graduate Diploma in Accommodation Operations Management, Certificate Course in Institutional Hospitality Management etc. The institute was established by the All India Women’s Central Food Council.
