i got good rank in hm but i have compartment in one of my subject of 12 clas .but i want to join hm .can i??

Since you have got good rank in HM, so, you can proceed for it after compart Examination, because the College counsiling are started at the month of august , So, complete you compart and then proceed for next.

You can join for Bachelors course in Hotel Management after completing 12th class.

You should score an aggregate of 50% marks in 12th class level to apply for Hotel

Management course.

You will be selected for this course through a common entrance examination. Based on

the score that you secure in the entrance examination, you will be selected for the

course.

After completing your Inter Education you will have to apply for NCHMCT JEE Entrance Exam . This exam is conducted by the National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology.This is an All Indian Hotel Management Joint Entrance Examination.

To apply for this entrance test you will required to fulfill these Eligibility criteria :

Educational qualification :

~You should be passed out in 10+2 / Senior Secondry Examination from recognized board/university with English as one of the Subjects in 10+2.
~English should be your Core subject in Inter Level.

Marks required :

~Minimum marks required for General and OBC candidates is 60%.
~Minimum marks required for SC/ST candidates is 50%.

Age Criteria :

~Maximum age allowed for General/OBC candidates is 22 years.
~Maximum age allowed for SC/ST candidates is 25 years.

Reservation of Seats for Admission :

• SC Category - 15%.
• ST Category - 7.5%.
• OBC Category - 27%.
• Physically Challenged Category - 03%.

Exam Pattern for NCHMCT

• Total number of questions will be 200.
• Total duration will be 03 hours.
• Each questions will be of 1 marks.

Entrance Exam Syllabus for NCHMCT

• Numerical ability and Scientific Aptitude - 30 Questions.
  

• Reasoning and Logical Deduction - 30 Questions.

• General Knowledge and Current Affairs - 30 Questions.

Dear Friend It’s a good news that you got good rank in your 12th class but you also got compartment, so it become very difficult to take admission in Bachelors course in Hotel Management. You are only eligible when you pass your all 12th class papers. For that I will suggest you to continue study so that you can get good score in your compartment paper.
