Media Arts and Science College is an international institute which imparts knowledge in animation and gaming arena. It is located in Chennai and was established in 2009 with the aim of imparting Animation Training to the interested students. This college provides unique education in the field of animation and gaming. This institute was founded by a charitable trust which strives for the improvement of physically challenged students by providing them with scholarships. This college is promoted by leading media veterans who have proved that learning is not restricted to only class rooms. MASC originates from the legacy of media education which also gives internship and placements for its students before the completion of course.

Now the college has entered into collaboration with Manonmaniam Sundaranar University and offers UGC approved courses in Journalism, Mass communication and advertising.

Admission and Eligibility:

The candidates who seek admission to Bachelor degree courses in animation and gaming should have a pass in higher secondary examination with an aptitude for animation. The selection is through a test for creative aptitude and personal interview. The minimum age criterion is 18 years for both the courses. For getting admission in PG courses, the candidates should have passed any Degree course from UGC recognized University and the minimum age requirement is 18 years for PG courses as well. For joining diploma course here, the candidate should have basic knowledge on designing software and should have passed 10 + 2 from any recognized Board of Education.
