Lakshmi Bai Batra College of Nursing is a self financing Co-Ed type college that offers nursing course. Lakshmi Bai Batra School of Nursing came into existence in the year 1987 and it was upgraded as Lakshmi Bai Batra College of Nursing from 2004. The college belongs to the Ch. Aishi Ram Batra Charitable Trust and it is coming under the jurisdiction of Guru Govind Singh Indraprastha University.

It is recognized by Delhi Nursing Council and Indian Nursing Council. The institute offers General Nursing & Midwifery, which is a three year diploma course, approved by Indian Nursing Council (INC). The college also offers B.Sc. (Hons) Nursing, whose duration is 4 years. The primary aim of the college is to train and produce professional nurses for providing quality healthcare nursing service to the people.

Lakshmi Bai Batra College of Nursing offers Diploma course in General Nursing & Midwifery, and B.Sc. (Hons) Nursing course. The duration of the diploma course is 3 years and that of the degree course is 4 years.

Eligibility criteria for getting admission:

Students who wish to get admission into the B.Sc. (Hons) Nursing course in the Lakshmi Bai Batra College of Nursing must have successfully passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology with at least 50% marks in aggregate. They must get qualified in the entrance test conducted by the Guru Govind Singh Indraprastha University.
