Vignan’s Institute of Technology & Aeronautical Engineering came into existence in the year 1999 and it belongs to the Vignan Group, Guntur. The institute is affiliated to the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU), Hyderabad and it is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Government of India, New Delhi.

Vignan’s Institute of Technology & Aeronautical Engineering offers the following undergraduate and postgraduate programmes:

The undergraduate courses available in the college are B. Tech (Aeronautical Engineering), B.Tech (Computer Science & Engineering), B. Tech (Electrical & Electronics Engineering), and B. Tech (Electronics and Communication Engineering).

The Post Graduate course available in the college is MBA (Master of Business Administration).

Eligibility criteria for getting admission:

Candidates, who have completed their Higher Secondary Examination (10+2) (with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subjects) with at least 50% marks are eligible to apply for the B.Tech course. They must get qualified in the EAMCET entrance test in order to get admission for the B.Tech course in the institute.

Candidates who have passed Bachelor’s degree in any discipline are eligible to apply for the MBA course. They must get qualified in the Integrated Common Entrance Test (ICET) in order to get admission for the MBA course in the institute.
