The Diversified Agricultural Support Project shortly called as DASP was established by the government of Uttar Pradesh with the objective of helping the government in its efforts in acceleration of different agricultural growth in the state in line with the regional benefit of various agro-ecological zones.

DASP calls for applications from eligible candidates working for government/semi government organizations/departments on deputation basis for the position of Assistant Accounts Officer for its phase II operations.

Name of the Position: Assistant Accounts Officer

Number of Vacancies: 28

Period of Deputation: Candidates appointed for the position of Assistant Accounts Officer will have to work till 29th of February 2012, after which it might be extended.

Remuneration: During the period of deputations, candidates appointed for the position of Assistant Accounts Officer, will get a pay scale of Rs.7450-225-11500.

Educational qualification & Experience:

To apply for the position of Assistant Accounts Officer, candidates must be graduates/post graduates in commerce with confirmed specialty of working in the finance/accounts division of government departments/semi-government departments/organizations as a regular employee. They must possess a minimum of 7 years experience and preference will be given to candidates with experience of working in externally aided projects and with computer knowledge. Only those candidates, who are working in the pay scale specified above for this position or a pay scale lower will be considered for appointment.

Age requirement:

The maximum age limit to apply for the position of Assistant Accounts Officer is 55 years.
