Sathyabama University came into existence in 1987 by the major help of Jeppiaar Educational Trust. The university was previously known as Sathyabama Engineering College. The Electronics Circuits-I paper is coded as 6C0035 and is in the third semester of B.Tech in Electronics and communication. The paper provides information about the different solid state circuits like JFET, MOSFET etc. There are also some information about the biasing, h parameters, various operations of transformer and emitter etc.

Paper Pattern:

The Electronics Circuits-I Papers consists of two groups A and B respectively and the entire questions are settled under these two groups. The short answer type questions are listed under the first group whereas the long and descriptive type’s questions are in the second group. The marks allotted for each question of part A is two whereas the part B questions are of 12 marks each.

Frequently Asked Questions:

There are not so many questions from the Electronics circuits-I papers that are frequently asked in the examination but few questions like BJT, JFET, Miler Effect etc are asked most of the times. There are also some questions which hold the same potentials like expression of ripple factor, operation of emitter and transformer etc.
