Master of Public Health is a postgraduate course related to medical field. The duration of the course is two years. The two-year course is again divided in to 4 semesters of six months each. The final semester include study of electives and project work. The course study helps the candidate analyze the health characteristics as well as the risk factors in population. The candidate who have completed any of the courses among MBBS/BDS/

B.V. Sc/BE/MA/M.Sc or its equivalent are eligible to apply for this course. The qualification must be acquired from a recognized University/Institute with at least 50% marks in the course. Those belonging to SC/ST are offered with 5% relaxation in marks. Moreover, the candidate has to pass the entrance exam carried out by the institute to get qualified for admission.
