Job Description for Lower Division Clerk:

Selected candidates will be entrusted with the following responsibilities:

• Taking care of office administration inclusive of attending to visitors and phone calls

• Taking care of dispatch and keeping records

• Taking care of maintenance and utilities of office

• Taking care of transport requirements of the office

• Development and maintenance of filing system

• Handling of communications like email reporting line, Xerox and fax

• Lower Division Clerk should report to the Executive Engineer

Salary: Candidates selected for the position of lower division clerk will get a pay of Rs.14000 per month.

Eligibility requirements:

Educational Qualification and experience: Candidates must have completed their intermediate level examination and they should possess one year experience.
