LIC Housing Finance Limited was incorporated on June 19, 1989 under the Government of India. The company was established under the Companies Act, 1956 as one of the largest Housing Finance company present in the country. The company was promoted by LIC of India. The company is listed on the National Stock Exchange and Bombay Stock Exchange Limited. The company is recognized by National Housing Bank. The company aims to provide long term finance to the people for purchase, construction etc of new or existing houses. The company has its registered and corporate office located at Mumbai.
Job Profile:
Applications are invited from eligible and qualified Indian Nationals for filling up the posts of Assistants in the various offices of LIC Housing Finance Limited spreaded in all over country. The vacancies are available in the offices of Central Regional, Eastern region, Northern Region, South Central Region, South Eastern Region, Southern Region and Western Region across India.
Eligibility:
Interested candidates must have age within the prescribed age limit i.e. more than the prescribed minimum age limit but not more than the prescribed maximum age limit. This age criteria is strictly need to be followed by the candidates.
The minimum age limit set for the post is 21 years as on 1 December 2011.
The maximum age limit set for the post is 35 years as on 1 December 2011.
Candidates are required to be born between 1 December 1976 and 30 November 1990 (both dates inclusive). Only those candidates, who are born between the specified dates, will be considered eligible for the post.
Educational Qualification:
Graduation in any discipline is the minimum educational qualification required for applying for the post of Assistants in LIC Housing Finance Limited. Candidates must have done the Graduation from a recognized institute or university. Also, the candidates should have secured minimum 50% marks in aggregate at the level of their Graduation. Besides the prescribed minimum educational qualification, candidates should also possess Knowledge of Computer Operations.
No. of posts: Total 132 posts are available.
(Central Regional-13, Eastern Region-12, Northern Region-20, South Central Region-14, South Eastern Region-15, Southern Region-30 and Western Region-28)
Pay Scale: Selected candidates will get the consolidated salary of Rs. 7400-16965 per month inclusive of all allowances. Candidates will also get benefits like Porvident Fund, Gratuity, Medical Benefit, Group Mediclaim, LTC etc.
Application Fee:
Candidates are required to pay an application fee of Rs. 350 only (Only General and OBC candidates). The payment of application fee can be done through a Payment Challan which can be easily downloaded from the website of LIC Housing Finance Limited. Candidates can deposit the application fee in any of branches of Axis Bank. Candidates must keep the unique transaction ID number by the bank.
Selection Process:
Eligible candidates are required to appear and qualify in the Competitive Examination that will be held on 22 January 2012 at 28 different centres in the country. The details regarding the written examination will be intimated by e-mail to the candidates.
How to apply: Candidates satisfying the eligibility conditions, should submit their application through online mode only. Candidates should apply online at the website of LIC Housing Finance Limited only. Candidates should apply online between 8 December 2011 to 24 December 2011.

I applied for the post of Assistant but You have mentioned that If you do not paste your original attested photo Sign by the Gazatted officers on the call letter you shall not allowed to sit in the examinations hall .
