Company profile: NSPCL a highly reputed organization was formed in the year 2001 as a result of a joint venture of NTPC and Sail. It major areas of work are generation and supply of power in various areas. NSPCL has many steel and power plants under it. It is an ISO 9001-2000 certified organization.
Job profile: The assistant engineers will be required to work in different areas like civil, mechanical and electrical. They will be responsible for managing operation of machines and systems, design and construction, management and operation of panels etc. They will be responsible for execution of their departmental activities. They will also be required to manage the employees under them.
Eligibility: A candidate must not exceed the age of 32 years. However, relaxation can be claimed as per the rules.
Educational Qualifications: A candidate must have a degree in electrical/mechanical/civil with a minimum of 60% for the post of AE in grade E1. A candidate must have a degree in electrical/mechanical/production with full time diploma in Industrial Safety from a recognized institute. A candidate must have a 1 year post qualification experience.

Pay scale: An assistant engineer will be given a pay scale of Rs10750-16750 plus other allowances as per the rules.
Selection process: The candidates will have to appear for a written test/interview as decided by the organization.
