Since you have already completed your engineering the first thing that you should do is to get a job

You should not be that choosy about any particular company

IT companies are very good and in India almost all global IT companies have offices like microsoft, google, IBM, Cisco etc
Also many indian IT companies also like TCS, INFOSYS and wipro is also there

So try to get a job in any of these companies
